Sydney Metro

An international bid to design and manage the build of a new multi-billion dollar underground rail network in Australia. Our client was a consortium of international  firms providing architecture, project management and cost management services – competing against other consortia that also had highly regarded globally players.

Our work helped mould the consortia into a cohesive unit that produced a creative and differentiated bid that won the contract at a price premium.

Hunter Class Frigate

A highly contested global bid to design and construct nine anti-submarine Frigates for the Royal Australian Navy - one of the world's largest naval contract in a decade, and valued at more than USD $25 Billion.

Artemis was engaged by BAE Systems' Global Commercial Director to be the sole external bid advisor working with a bid team of over 100 design, technical, and sales professionals.
